Hi J and thanks for reading. Perhaps we'll both be chosen. I hope to be tweeting each other about our experiences soon :) As you can see I'm still awake. No bueno.

Hi J and thanks for reading. Perhaps we'll both be chosen :) I've been keeping up on the spitting match between Palm and Iphone and I actually have found it quite amusing. The only reason Apple hasn't moved on many of it's supposed patent claims is because Palm was quick to point out to Apple that they breached several of Palms Patents in the Iphones UI. Very amusing. Seeing as any court action would make Apple liable to a revenue share of Millions of Iphone sales and Palm liable for zero phone sales (as Pre is not yet releaseed), it seems Apple has backed down. An interested stand off to say the least :)

Nice post. I feel the same way about the iPhone - almost identical in fact, though I would have to go farther and criticize the unjustified hatred of the average user for all things non-Apple (I've been following Pre news since January, and its a bit scary when they converge!).

As for Android, I would have given that a try but the hardware itself seemed subpar. So, I think I've waited for the best, the Palm Pre, and will be happy when its released. Recent news as it pertains to Palm's release strategy (date and deliberately shortened supply), which indicates why Palm has gone downhill, but I'm extremely optimistic of the phone and WebOS.

By the way, I will cc: you on my review of the Pre when I am chosen by Palm :)

Seriously, good luck to you!
